A payment dispute between Time Warner Cable Inc. and Fox Network could mean a headache for Austin television viewers in 2010. The cable provider is stuck in negotiations on whether it should pay more to carry Fox-produced programming in areas, including Austin. Fox requested a monthly $1 per subscriber fee in exchange for carrying the network’s signals, according to news reports. Time Warner officials so far have denied the request.
