Police say 33-year-old Michael Vincent Weaver broke into a woman's apartment and sexually assaulted her in August. Weaver followed the woman to her apartment, shoved her through the door and dragged her into her bedroom, where he strangled her to the point of unconsciousness and began ripping at her clothes. According to court documents, weaver was smoking something out of a glass pipe while assaulting the woman...he left shortly after that. Officials say weaver's bond is set at 100-thousand dollars.
