A funny thing is happening on Texas car dealership lots...they're running out of cars. There is a shortage of both new and used cars at April Ancira's dealership, one of the biggest in Texas. It’s a combination of cash for clunkers and the slowdown at manufacturing plants. Car dealer Marsha Shields is also scrambling to come up with cars wherever she can. They say it's unusual to be short of both new and used cars at the same time.
